Jeff has over 30 years experience in Advertising, Marketing, Sales, and Internet site development. Additionally, he has extensive operational and organization expertise in mid to large scale organizations. In 1983, he became Partner of SKA, a media marketing, advertising and sales firm specializing in both consumer and trade media including Glamour, Self, Modern Bride, Canadian Travel Courier, TravelAge, Newsday, Toronto Star. Additionally, as part of SKA Jeffrey started Fun Trips, a tour operator packaging tours from Florida to Latin America. In 1990, Jeffrey became President of Halsey Publishing, the largest North American Publisher of Inflight Video - in cooperation with Ted Turner and CNN International – and Inflight Magazines.
DDK International – an Advertising & Marketing Agency was started by Jeff in 1996. DDK provided Media Planning/Buying, Creative Services, Digital Strategies, and Marketing & Sales services to its clients in the hospitality and retail industries. Accounts included: Levitt Homes – Puerto Rico, Jungle Island, Benihana, Virgin Island Airways, Marco Polo Resort, Hampton Inns, Miccosukee Resort & Casino, Health Nuts Café, Bloomingdale's –NY, National Foundation For The Advancement of the Arts. Ann DDK International – In 1999, Jeffrey built and developed his City+Hotel.com domains into successful Internet City Guides. These sites included hotel, airline, car rental, and cruise lines booking engines, as well as informative and extensive content on the city.
